Because your wedding is a very important chapter in the story of your life, I focus (no pun intended) on telling the story of the day with my images. I prefer not to stage shots, but to record events in pictures as they happen naturally. While a posed “ring shot” may be nice, a real close-up of the bride and groom holding hands will be much more meaningful when they are browsing through their wedding album twenty years later.

I also think bringing out the fun of the event shows a very honest and natural aspect of all weddings. It IS a fun time, reflected in friends laughing together, the expression of the bride’s parents as they dance, and little flower girls romping in their formal dresses. Remembering all the people in the wedding party is important, but showing the joy of the day will mean much more to the bride and groom.

None of my wedding shoots are the same. I consult with the bride and groom and construct a photo plan around their plans and desires. I offer a full spectrum of services, including editing, photo books, websites, and archival prints.
